| Is there a contract to sign? No, your service is month to month. Service can be started or stopped over the phone in minutes. |
| Can I get a one time service? Yes. Having a special occasion in your backyard? Selling your home or buying a new home which has an abundance of doodie? Call 916-525-POOP for an estimate. We can get the job done fast - to your satisfaction. |
| How often do you come to service my yard? Our base service starts out with once a week visits. More dogs and/or a small yard may neccesitate more frequent visits. Check Rates for plans available. |
| Can you work with my dog in the yard? In most instances having your dog in the yard is not a problem. Our staff loves to take a few minutes to play. We prefer to pre-meet your companion. If your dog is not socialized or does not allow strangers in her backyard we will require she be kept indoors on Doodie days. We don't want to take any unnecessary risks with your pet or our workers. |
| How does billing work? We bill monthly. Bills are left with you the last week of the month. Payment is due by the 15th. There is a $15.00 returned check fee and $10.00 late fee if payment is not post marked by the 15th. |
| Is there a start-up fee? In cases where the yard has not been serviced in a while there may be an initial catch-up service needed. This fee paid upon completion of this first visit. Otherwise, there is no "set-up" fee to start with Doodie Duty. |
| What about germs from other yards? We disinfect our equipment and shoes after scooping every yard. |
| How is the waste disposed? We double bag the waste and place it in your garbage bin. |
